Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and has many years of experience in education, life skills development, and school counseling. Throughout her career, she has worked in bilingual educational environments and undertaken various roles in teaching, student support, and personal development.

Currently, Ms. Kim Ngan is a Civics and Experiential Education Teacher. She also serves as a homeroom teacher for Grade 7M, contributes to the management and care of boarding students, and supports students in addressing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and personal development needs.

With a strong background in educational psychology and life skills education, Ms. Kim Ngan places great emphasis on building positive relationships between teachers and students. In her teaching practice, she values active listening, respect, and confidentiality, creating a safe and supportive environment where students can express themselves, better understand who they are, and gradually find appropriate solutions to the challenges they face.

Ms. Kim Ngan's educational philosophy is: “Education is not only about imparting knowledge, but also about accompanying each student as they learn to understand themselves, care for others, take responsibility, and confidently grow in their own unique way.
