After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Education in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan possesses a solid academic foundation with extensive knowledge of psychological principles and their practical application in educational environments.

With 7 years of experience working at Bach Đang Middle School in District 3, 2 years collaborating with the Life Skills and Child Psychological Therapy Training Center, and many years of support at various centers for Vietnamese children, Ms. Ngan has developed training and psychological counseling programs tailored to different age groups, helping students build confidence and communication skills.

In the past five years, she has been teaching at EMASI Nam Long, contributing to creating an elite and well-rounded generation of students through innovative programs that combine academic rigor with social-emotional education. Since 2019, Ms. Ngan has also taken on the role of guest lecturer at the University of Industry and has been a specialized speaker on psychology for primary, middle, and high schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
