Mr. Thai Minh Duc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics Education from Saigon University. With more than five years of experience in STEAM education, he previously worked at the Canadian International School Vietnam (CIS) before joining EMASI Plus.

Throughout his journey as a STEAM educator, Mr. Duc has coached numerous student teams to outstanding achievements in prestigious Robotics competitions such as VEX and LEGO at various levels. He also regularly serves as a technical judge at major Robotics competitions, continuously keeping up with emerging technologies while bringing the spirit of competition, creativity, and problem-solving into students’ learning experiences. His passion for transforming education through technology was recognized when he won Third Prize in the “AI for Super Teachers” competition, organized by STEAM for Vietnam at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in October 2025. This achievement reflects his commitment to exploring innovative ways to harness technology and AI to create meaningful and future-ready learning experiences for students.

Mr. Duc strongly believes in EMASI’s three core values—Attitudes, Attributes, and Aptitudes which are the strong educational foundation to nurturing positive attitudes, developing strong character and meaningful attributes, and empowering students to cultivate their unique abilities and potential competencies who can create meaningful and positive contributions to the community.
