He spent nine years at BVIS International School, where he directly coached and guided student teams in numerous international competitions, including SISAC, FOBISIA, and the Nord Anglia Global Games.

Currently, Mr. Nguyễn Duy Tâm serves as a Physical Education Teacher, Athletics Coordinator, and Boarding OM at EMASI Plus International School. He believes that physical education is not only about helping students exercise or participate in sports, but also about providing opportunities for them to develop a deeper understanding of health, nutrition, fitness, movement skills, teamwork, and self-care.

Mr. Tâm consistently strives to incorporate practical knowledge into his lessons, enabling students to learn through movement and grow through sports. He believes that every Physical Education class contributes not only to students' physical well-being but also to the development of their confidence, discipline, positive attitude, and sense of responsibility toward themselves and their community.
