Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoai Son holds a Bachelor's degree in History Education and is currently completing a Master's program in Education at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. Mr. Son has worked at the EMASI school system for 5 years.

Currently, Mr. Son is a homeroom teacher for 12th grade, a high school History teacher, a junior high school History and Geography teacher, and a boarding school teacher.

Achievements: Mr. Son won Second Prize in the National Excellent Student Competition in History. During his time at EMASI, Mr. Son has won the title of Outstanding Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level for two consecutive years. In addition, Mr. Son has mentored students who won Second Prize in the Excellent Student Competition in History and Geography at the Thu Duc City level, Third Prize in History for 11th grade students at the Ho Chi Minh City level OLYMPIC competition for high school students, Third Prize in History for 12th grade students at the Ho Chi Minh City level, and Third Prize in the Science and Technology competition at the Ho Chi Minh City level.

Mr. Son's educational philosophy is "student-oriented. It extends to developing critical thinking, teaching students how to learn to live together and how to learn to assert themselves"
