Ms. Ho Lam Bao Ha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. With over 10 years of teaching experience in international and bilingual school settings, she has developed a strong professional foundation and extensive expertise in designing learning activities, managing classrooms, and supporting primary school students throughout their learning journey.
She has extensive experience as a homeroom teacher, including establishing classroom routines, organizing class activities, and creating a positive, safe, and welcoming learning environment. She places great importance on working closely with parents to better understand and support each student’s individual needs and development.
With a deep understanding of primary-age psychology, Ms. Ha believes that every child is a unique and colorful world, with different abilities, emotions, and ways of learning. Therefore, she strives to choose appropriate teaching approaches that encourage students to explore, express themselves with confidence, and develop their individual strengths.
