Ms. Vo Thi Kim Yen is a graduate of Literature Education from the University of Education - Hue University. During more than one year of working at the Nguyen Khuyen - Le Thanh Tong private boarding school system, she not only imparts knowledge to her students but also participates in the development of the educational program. She emphasizes connecting literature with real-life experiences, helping students recognize the value and significance of literary works in shaping their character, and developing their thinking, emotions, and perceptions of the world around them.

Ms. Yen is also the coordinator of the L'estoile project, an initiative focused on promoting reading culture and establishing libraries for children in mountainous areas. This project enhances children's literacy skills while encouraging them to explore the world through books, thereby fostering creative thinking and a lifelong passion for learning.
