Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, and with over 15 years of teaching experience in prestigious bilingual and international school systems in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Linh has always embraced a profound educational philosophy: teaching is not merely the transmission of knowledge, but the sowing of seeds of love and the awakening of every child’s inner strength.
Throughout her career, Ms. Linh has had numerous opportunities to work and learn alongside distinguished educators from both Vietnam and abroad. These invaluable experiences have enriched her expertise and equipped her with the ability to creatively and flexibly apply modern, research-based teaching methodologies—designing programs and lessons that are engaging, meaningful, and impactful for primary school students.
Beyond being a dedicated teacher, Ms. Linh is a passionate innovator who has initiated and led many educational projects with deep humanitarian value. Notable among these is “Young Authors”—a project where students write their own stories, design their own book covers, and proudly share their creative achievements. She has also organized charity programs to raise funds for children with heart conditions, children in shelters, and those in remote areas—nurturing compassion and a sense of social responsibility in her students.
Ms. Linh was also a contributing member of the Big Book compilation team—a meaningful initiative by Room To Read (2009–2010) aimed at providing teaching resources for primary school teachers in underprivileged regions. From 2017 to 2018, she served as one of the founding collaborators of the We Love Reading Vietnam project—an inspiring community initiative that fosters a love of reading and the habit of reading among Vietnamese children.
With her devotion to the profession, her compassion, and her talent for writing with heartfelt expression, Ms. Linh has been honored with prestigious awards: the “Writing about Homeroom Teachers” Award by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam (2011), and the “Writing Words of Love” Award by Phụ Nữ Newspaper (2010)—remarkable milestones reflecting her dedication and passion for education.
In her role as a school leader, Ms. Linh continues to drive innovation—developing curricula, guiding and supporting teachers’ professional growth, and organizing meaningful events and experiential activities that foster the holistic development of students’ intellect, skills, and emotional well-being.
Humanity – Respect – Responsibility are the three core values she steadfastly upholds in her educational journey, alongside her guiding principle: “Education does not stop at delivering lessons; it is about creating an environment that nurtures character, ignites potential, and shapes the future. A happy school is a place where every student grows to their fullest, every teacher is inspired, and every value is shared and celebrated.”
