After earning her bachelor's degree in Elementary teaching and Literature from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh has spent 35 years working in the field of education. She has worked as an Elementary Teacher for 18 years, a Deputy Principal overseeing academic matters for 5 years, and an Elementary Principal for 12 years throughout this period.

Ms. Oanh is always bursting with enthusiasm and devotion to the "noble profession of educating chidren," with a particular affection for cutting-edge teaching techniques to bring out the best in her students' abilities and character traits. This source of energy and heart, according to her, comes from the humanistic philosophy she has distilled throughout her teaching and school management experience. That is: always loving the students with a warm heart; teaching them to mature in their own way; helping them nurture the passion for learning, develop their individual talents, and be completely committed to the career she has chosen.

The Medal of "For the Cause of Education" from the Ministry of Education and Training, the title of "City-level Emulation Warrior in 2012", and especially the trust and love of her students and their parents, have given her the most precious gift in the life of an educator. This also honors her contributions to the advancement of training and education in our nation.
