Mr. Le Ba Ngoc graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Vinh University of Education, majoring in Physics. He has worked in the education sector for the past 40 years, including 19 years as a secondary school teacher, 9 years as Vice Principal of Tien Giang Specialized High School, and 12 years as Principal of Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School in My Tho (College de Mytho) - one of the oldest and largest schools in Vietnam, located in the Mekong Delta.

Throughout his teaching and school administration career, he created an educational philosophy that emphasizes love as an eternal and modern approach to education. He is always passionate about fostering a friendly and positive learning atmosphere. He assists students in growing into global citizens in today's diverse and interconnected society by emphasizing not just knowledge but also the development of multiple life skills and positive attitudes.

By applying advanced and progressive teaching methods and relentless efforts, he has successfully nurtured many generations of students who have achieved national awards in Physics and numerous impressive accomplishments both domestically and internationally.
