Discover “Job Fair” of Elementary students in EMASI Van Phuc
Whom do you aspire to be in the future?
What do you want to do after graduation?
What are your strategies for the early years of your career?
There are many plans and tasks we need to think about, orient and implement in order to comprehensively prepare for a successful career in the future. Therefore, this “Job Fair” and other projects-based-learning products are close to real world experiences. They provide useful opportunities for students to research, plan, practice and gain life experience at a young age.
Recently, in EMASI Van Phuc, under enthusiastic support and conduct from our teachers and the board of administrators, students successfully organized a “Job Fair” event during the time of our daily extracurricular activities. Students were divided into small groups to set up career booths for each job and prepare staff (students) for specialized tasks and communications. The students became doctors, scientists, astronauts, artists, teachers, dancers, game developers, and helped to educate their “customers” who were other students, teachers, and other school staff. Through this activity, they learned new knowledge, skills and gained useful career experience which they can use in the future.
We are very happy because our children were so excited to participate in this fair and enjoyed collaborating with their teachers and classmates in each stage of preparation for their career booths.
