Ms. Phan Thi Thao My is a Mathematics teacher with seven years of teaching experience at EMASI Nam Long, where she also serves as the lead of the Mathematics Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education with Distinction and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and Teaching Methodology. She has also published a research article on Mathematics teaching methodology. Throughout her teaching career, she has gained extensive experience delivering Mathematics curricula under both the MOET and Cambridge programmes, while supporting students in preparation for the Vietnamese National High School Graduation Examination, gifted-student programmes, and competitions such as the Casio Mathematics Competition and Mathematics Olympiads.

Guided by the philosophy that “Learning is a lifelong journey,” Ms. Thao My believes that education is a continuous process of exploration and personal growth. Every student has unique potential and strengths; therefore, a teacher’s role extends beyond delivering knowledge to inspiring, supporting, and empowering students to realise their full potential. For her, dedication is at the heart of education—reflected in a genuine love for teaching, commitment to her profession, and a strong desire to create meaningful and positive impacts on students.

In the current academic year, Ms. Thao My serves as the Homeroom Teacher of Class 9E and teaches Mathematics to Grades 6, 9, 11, and 12.
