Ms. Truong Thi Hai Yen is a healthcare professional with more than 10 years of experience in community healthcare and education. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in health care and monitoring, first aid, health consultation, and disease prevention and control. She holds a medical practice certificate covering professional activities including initial first aid, general medical examination and treatment, as well as several certificates of continuing medical education in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Currently, Ms. Yen works in residential school healthcare, providing medical care and support to students as they live and study away from their families. Her role requires not only professional medical knowledge and skills but also dedication, patience, responsibility, and an understanding of students’ psychological and developmental needs.
