Boarding Life
Student Residence
Our Boarding Student Residence is an excellent facility with a generous living room, providing opportunities for students to do homework, interact socially, play games, or watch films together. As students will be living with a maximum of 6 roommates in one house, sharing space is an important personal skill that enhances the boarding experience. Due to the family-like character of our boarding life, our students are expected to enjoy comfortable housing, make new friends, and grow together as a second family or a college student community. Daily life at the boarding residence is actively shaped by the students, when they learn, live, and laugh together.
Besides communal areas, we also offer individual room accommodations for each student in every house. All rooms will have a bed, desk, and study chair, storage space for books – clothes – personal items, fan or air conditioner, toilet and shower facilities, and connection to the internet which gives children a place to call their own.

Learning Support
With the aim of fostering excellence in learning and personal development of all students, the school understands the differences in the learning process and progress of each child. For students who require additional assistance, the school will provide lesson plans and after-school courses to help them achieve their learning goals that are tailored to their needs while still meeting the overall objectives of the curriculum. Besides that, all students will spend about 2 hours every day in their study hall, where they do homework or prepare for examinations with tutors.
24/7 Supervision and Safeguarding
Being a part of boarding life means children are miles away from home, therefore safety and protection are our responsibility. EMASI Plus Waterpoint is committed to providing 24/7 supervision and safeguarding that your child needs and deserves. Parents don’t have to worry about who their child is hanging out with or what he/she is doing. A house parent will be on hand to know what’s going on, literally all the time. Our safeguarding and children protection team receives updated training on all areas of safeguarding and is always ready to manage concerns as well as take action to protect the welfare of all childrens.
Medical Center
EMASI Plus Waterpoint has medical centers with qualified and well-trained doctors, nurses, and staff who will take general care of any student feeling ill. When that happens, students will stay in the beds provided in this area, receive the best possible care, and rest until their health condition gets better. If students are unwell outside of the medical center opening hours, external medical appointments will be efficiently arranged and coordinated by the House-Parents team. We will always endeavor to get in touch with parents when students spend time in the medical center.
Catering
EMASI Plus Waterpoint places extremely high importance on the value of nutrition, quality, freshness, and variety for every meal served. With the guidance of an experienced General Chef, we strive to offer students, employees, and guests a healthy, balanced, tasty, and creative range of savory dishes.
